What is a Guardian Home? We call them our “Forever Guardian Families.” Our breeding success starts in loving, family, guardian homes, thoughtfully matched with each one of the dogs in our breeding program. Providing our dogs with the best Guardian Families ensures that each of our dogs live their best life, filled with love, attention, and endless nurturing.

All of our guardian families, who house a maximum of two dogs, share the belief that dogs are cherished family members. Our families share our belief that animal abuse as abhorrent, disgusting and inexcusable.

All of our dogs are never locked away in kennels, abandoned outside, neglected or abused in any way. Our breeding parents are at the center of love filled homes. When our breeding parents retire, each mom and dad remains with their family, in their loving care, forever.

Both Carlene and I are the proud Guardians of our own fur-babies. We have three each. Our dog’s days are filled with companionship, love, snuggles, play dates, and a warm body to curl up to, each and every night. We also show our love by providing top nutrition and health care.

Each pregnant mom stays with her guardian family up until a few days before her labor begins. At this time, our expectant mothers transition into our care. We keep each mom by our side ensuring that we are present to comfort, coach, and assist each laboring mom as she welcomes her new puppies.

Post delivery, our focus shifts to encompass both mom and puppies. Under our dutiful care, bonding begins, nursing is mastered, and puppies and mom settle into a daily routine. If at anytime health concerns arise, veterinarian care is promptly provided.

When puppies and mom are stable and thriving, guardian families take mom and babies home, minimizing stress and separation anxiety for everyone.

The fun now begins! For the next eight weeks our guardian families share in the joy of raising happy, healthy, and tender little puppies.
